After completing his doctorate in Communication Studies at the University of Kansas in 1992, Dr. Polansky joined the faculty of the University of Arkansas-Little Rock and taught courses in interpersonal and organizational communication, conflict management and negotiation, teamwork, management and leadership, interviewing, persuasion, and public speaking.
